Apartments in the best location: Only a few minutes to the centre and the university

The modern and timeless architecture of the WikerTor Apartments blends seamlessly into the cityscape. There are no parking spaces in front of the residential building. Instead, an underground car park with integrated elevator provides enough space. In just a few steps you are on the cycle route.

The Veloroute 10 – a bicycle road – was not completed until September 2019. Between Hassee and Holstein Stadium you move faster on bicycle on this road than by car.

This means that it is only a few minutes by bicycle to the city centre or university. The apartments are mostly barrier-free. Each floor can be reached by elevator.

Latest standards for energy-saving living

In addition, the building is a KfW energie-saving home with final energy requirement BA, district heating, 43.9 kWh/(m² – a) and efficiency class A and therefore particularly energy-saving.

Kfw is an orientation benchmark that consists of two criteria. On the one hand, this is the amount of the total energy demand. On the other hand, it is about the thermal insulation of the building envelope. The higher the added number, the less energy consumption.

Subcontracting was also involved in the construction of the Wikertor Apartments: a team of 5 HVAC/sanitary fitters assisted with the installation of heating and sanitary elements over a period of about one and a half years.
