Sanitary reference project: New hotel building in Munich
Moosacher Strasse 82 (MO82) is Munich’s new address for living and more. The new building offers space for travelers, but also apartments for students and office spaces. Our sanitary subcontractors were actively involved in this construction project.
With the project MO82 in the “new Oberwiesenfeld” on Moosacher Strasse, Grundkontor Projekt GmbH wants to close a gap. A diverse building complex is therefore being created on the construction site next to the industrial company Knorr Bremse.
The project is divided into four building sections. The 21-story hotel, student apartments, office spaces and a boarding house are intended to appeal to several target groups.
MO82: Four building sections and a height of 67 meters
The east oriented and 67 meter high hotel attracts the most attention and is recognizable from afar. A long-term lease agreement for the 1200 bed hotel has been in place since July 2015.
The office building is located to the west, followed by the apartments. These are divided into the microapartments MyApart and the student apartments Campus Viva, which are for sale.
The building complex is completed by the boardinghouse. It has apartments that can be rented on a temporary basis, with hotel-like services at lower prices. MO82 also aims to score points with good public connections and high recreational and leisure value.

This was also the case with the MO82 project – from August 2017 to the beginning of 2018, an experienced team of installers and site managers were on duty. The scope of duties included the installation of heating, ventilation and sanitary facilities.
